Yes! Our period pants and leak-free undies are designed to completely replace disposable products whilst remaining leak free. Depending on which style of period underwear you choose, you can wear fluxies for between 8 and 12 hours, remaining leak-free. If your period pants feel damp, it's time to change to a fresh pair.

No! Our leak-free period underwear can be a total replacement for disposable products, such as pads, tampons, liners and menstrual cups. Our period underwear range includes different levels of absorbencies for every kind of flow. These UK-made period pants can hold from between 1 tampon to 5 tampons’ worth of fluid – approximately 35ml of liquid.
